TTC Junior Pickleball

Terms, Waivers, Policies & Conditions

1. Participation Requirements

  • All participants must have a signed registration form and waiver on file prior to the start of any program.

  • Players must be between the ages of 7 and 17 to participate in junior programs.

  • Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral considerations upon registration.
     

2. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is required in full at the time of registration to reserve a spot.

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the session start date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.

  • No refunds or credits for missed classes, late arrivals, or early withdrawals once the session has begun.

  • Sessions canceled by the club (e.g., due to weather or insufficient enrollment) will be rescheduled or credited.
     

3. Code of Conduct

  • Players are expected to show respect to coaches, staff, and fellow participants at all times.

  • Bullying, foul language, or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Players must follow safety rules and listen to staff instructions at all times.

  • Repeated violations of conduct may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
     

4. Liability Waiver
By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Participation in pickleball and related activities involves risk of injury.

  • The club, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen belongings.

  • You release and hold harmless the club from any claims arising from participation in the program.
     

5. Photo/Video Release

  • By registering, you grant permission for the use of your child’s image or likeness in promotional materials, unless you notify us in writing prior to the start of the program.
     

6. Emergency Authorization

  • In case of emergency, you authorize the staff to secure medical treatment for your child if you cannot be reached.
     

7. Weather & Cancellations

  • Outdoor sessions may be canceled or rescheduled due to rain or unsafe conditions.

  • Notification of cancellations will be sent via email or text to the contact on file.
     

8. Communication

  • Parents will be added to our program mailing list for updates, schedule changes, and important notices.

  • Please keep your contact information up to date.
